Forest bathing

Forest bathing is a way of being in nature that can help us to be more relaxed and calm. It means taking time to be in a forest or outdoor area and spending time looking at nature, feeling the sun on your skin and the breeze in your hair, just taking it all in with your senses. You might take a walk, sit and watch birds, pick a flower, or simply take in all the sounds around you. It's like taking a bath, but in a forest! The goal of forest bathing is to get away from our busy, stressful lives and let nature heal us.
