Forest protection

Forest protection is when people take steps to keep forests from being damaged or destroyed, to make sure that plants and animals in the forest can stay healthy and safe. To do this, people might do things like create rules about what kind of activities can take place in a certain area of the forest, build fences to keep out animals that might get too close, or make sure that the people living in the forest are only using the plants and animals for things that don't hurt the environment.
