ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Conservation ethic

A conservation ethic is a way of thinking and living that is focused on taking care of the natural environment in order to ensure that it remains healthy and can provide resources to people and animals. It involves understanding that when we use our natural resources, like air, water, or trees, we need to use them wisely and in ways that will make sure those resources are still available for the future. This means making sure we don't take too much and do our best to make sure the environment stays healthy.
