Frequency of exceedance

Frequency of exceedance shows how often something happens. For example, if you flip a coin 10 times and get heads 5 times, the frequency of exceedance of heads would be 50%, or 5 out of 10. This means that 5 times out of 10 times you flip the coin, you will get heads.
