Front-wheel drive

Front-wheel drive is like when you ride a tricycle. The big wheel in front of your tricycle is what helps you move forward. In cars, it's the same idea. The wheels in front are the ones that help the car move.

When you turn the steering wheel, the front wheels turn and help you go in the direction you want. It's like turning the handlebars on your tricycle to go around a corner.

Front-wheel drive is different from rear-wheel drive, where the back wheels help move the car. Sometimes cars have four-wheel drive, which means all four wheels help move the car.

Front-wheel drive can be good for cars that are meant for everyday driving because it helps keep the car stable on the road. It can also make the car more fuel-efficient because it's lighter than a rear-wheel-drive car.
