Genetics

Genetics is all about families and how traits are passed down from generation to generation. Every family member has a part in their genes, like what color their hair or eyes might be, how tall they are, and so on. Every person has two sets of genes from their mom and dad, which are what gives them their unique traits. So if your mom and dad have brown hair, chances are you're likely to have brown hair too. But sometimes, if you get a mix of genes, it can be a surprise, like having blue eyes when the rest of your family has brown eyes. Genetics is why families are so unique and why we are all different!
