Geography is the study of the Earth and the places on it. Geographers look at things like the landforms (mountains, hills, rivers, oceans, deserts, etc.), the people who live in different places, the climates and weather of places, and how people use the land. They also look at natural resources like oil, minerals, and water, and how people use those to create cities, farms, and other buildings. All of this helps us understand where we live and why some places are different from one another.
