Geography of Costa Rica

Imagine you are looking at a map of a place called Costa Rica. It's a country located in Central America which is just south of Mexico. It's very small compared to the neighboring countries like Nicaragua and Panama, but it's still bigger than some other countries in the world.

Costa Rica has lots of different types of land. It has beaches on both the Pacific and Caribbean coastlines. There are also dry forests and savannas where you can find other animals like tapirs and jaguars.
