Goldilocks process

Goldilocks process is like making porridge. When you make porridge, you want to add just the right amount of ingredients and cook it for a certain amount of time to make it taste yummy. This is called the "Goldilocks" process because it's all about finding the perfect balance.

In science, the Goldilocks process is when something is just right for living things. For example, the temperature on Earth is just right for plants and animals to live. If it was too hot or too cold, most living things would not be able to survive.

Scientists use the Goldilocks process to study planets and other things in space. They look for planets that are like Earth, with the right temperature, water, and atmosphere for life to exist. They also study stars to learn how long they last and if they are the right type to have planets that can support life.

So, just like you want your porridge to be not too hot and not too cold, scientists are looking for planets and stars that are just right for life to exist.
