Grief is an emotion that we feel when someone close to us dies or leaves us. It can make us very sad, and sometimes we might even start to feel angry. Grief can also make us feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, and numb. We might feel like we want to cry, punch something, or not do anything at all. Everyone who experiences grief will do so in their own way and it can feel different at different times. It's okay to feel all the emotions, because they are all part of experiencing grief.
