ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Headhunting

Headhunting is like a job search, but instead of you looking for a job, a headhunter (also called a recruiter) looks for you. They look through databases and networks of people to find the right person to fill a position in a company. They will research and contact people who would be qualified and a good fit for a certain job. If you impress the headhunter, they may offer you the job!
