Headlamp (outdoor)

A headlamp is like a flashlight that you wear on your head like a hat. It has a light bulb inside that gives off light so you can see in the dark when you are outside at night. The headlamp is attached to a headband that goes around your head and sometimes it can be adjusted to fit your head better.

The headlamp can have different modes of brightness, like high and low settings. This means you can use it to see far away or close up, depending on what you need. Some headlamps also have a red light mode that can be helpful for reading maps or keeping your eyes adjusted to the dark.

People use headlamps when camping or hiking at night, or for any other outdoor activities where they need to see in the dark. It’s important to have a headlamp because it can keep you safe by allowing you to see where you’re going and what’s around you, even when it’s really dark outside.
