ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

High-level language computer architecture

Okay kiddo, have you ever played a board game? Each of those board games has a set of rules that you have to follow to play the game, right? Well, a computer also has a set of rules that it follows to do things like show pictures or play videos.

Now, those rules are what we call computer architecture. And high-level language is a way for us to talk to the computer and give it those rules without having to learn all the different technical details.

It's like if you were playing a board game with a friend who didn't speak the same language as you. You could use a translator to help both of you understand each other. High-level language is like that translator for us, so we can talk to the computer and tell it what to do without having to speak the same language.

This means that instead of having to write really complicated instructions for the computer to follow, we can use simpler language that's easier for us to understand. And because it's easier for us, it also helps us make fewer mistakes!

So, high-level language computer architecture is kind of like an easier way to communicate with a computer and tell it what to do without worrying about all the technical details!
