ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Hindu

Hinduism is a religion that people follow in India and other parts of the world. It has lots of gods and goddesses, and people pray to them to help them with different things like studying, finding love, or having a good harvest.

Hindus believe in karma, which means that if you do good things, good things will happen to you. But if you do bad things, bad things will happen to you. They also believe in reincarnation which means that after you die, your soul is reborn into another body.

One of the important Hindu texts is the Bhagavad Gita which is like a long story or a poem that helps people learn more about their religion. Hindus also have lots of festivals and celebrations throughout the year to honor their gods and goddesses.

Overall, Hinduism is about living a good life, being kind to others, and following the teachings of their religion to bring peace and happiness into their lives.
