Hojaldres

Hojaldres are like really yummy and crispy pastry dough. Think of it like a really thin and flaky pizza crust that gets all crispy when it’s cooked.

To make the hojaldre pastry, they mix flour and butter together, then roll it out super thin and fold it over and over again until it creates lots and lots of layers. This is what makes it so crispy and delicious!

You can eat hojaldres on their own as a snack, or people will usually put yummy stuff inside of them, like cheese, ham, or sweet fillings like fruit or chocolate. They’re like a crispy, flaky little pocket filled with goodness!
