Home care is when someone (like a nurse or doctor) comes to your home to help you when you need medical help. Home care specialists also make sure you get other services that you may need, like physical therapy or wound care. They make sure everything is safe and clean in your home so that you are healthy and safe. This way, you don't have to leave your home to get the care you need.
