Human-powered transport means any form of transportation that relies on humans for power, like walking and biking. You are the power! To travel, you use your muscles to do the work and move from one place to another. You don’t need to use any other kind of energy, like a car or a bus. Biking is a great example of human-powered transport, because you use your own muscles to make the pedals go around. Walking is another example, as you use your legs to move around. Even things like roller-skating or scootering are considered human-powered transport because you are using your own power to move.
