Incentivisation

Okay kiddo, so incentivisation means giving someone a reason to do something by promising them a prize or reward.

For example, have you ever had your parents say "if you clean your room, you can have a piece of candy"? That's incentivisation! They're giving you a prize (candy) to motivate you to do something (clean your room).

Companies also use incentivisation to make people want to buy their products or use their services. They might offer a discount or a free gift as a reward for buying something.

Incentivisation can also be used to encourage people to do good things. For example, your school might have a reading program where you get a prize for reading a certain number of books. This incentivises you to read more and learn new things.

So basically, incentivisation means giving someone a reason to do something by promising them a prize or reward. It's a way to motivate people and encourage them to do good things or buy things.
