India and state-sponsored terrorism means a country’s government supporting and carrying out acts of violence and terror against other countries. It can include things like providing support to military groups and other groups who carry out terrorist activities. It usually happens when a country’s government is angry with another country, so it tries to hurt the other country in any way it can. It is a very bad thing, and it should never be done.
