ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Individualized instruction

Individualized instruction is when a teacher gives each student their own special lessons that are just right for them. Imagine you and your friend both love soccer, but you practice different skills because you have different strengths, like your friend is really good at kicking the ball far and you are really good at stopping the ball. It's kind of like that! Your teacher might look at how well you are doing in class and what you need help with, and give you special practice activities or lessons to help you improve. This way, each student can learn and grow in the best way for them, and they can each feel proud of their progress.
