Industrial waste

Industrial waste is like when you make a mess when you're playing with toys, but on a bigger level with bigger toys. When grown-ups make things like toys or food or clothes, they use big machines and tools that can make a lot of trash or leftover stuff. This trash is called industrial waste.

Just like how you have to clean up your toys and put them away, grown-ups have to clean up their industrial waste so it doesn't hurt the Earth or people who live on it. There are lots of ways that people try to clean up industrial waste, like recycling the leftover stuff or burying it underground. Sometimes they even use special machines and tools to clean up pollution in the air, water or soil.

All in all, it's important for grown-ups to be careful and responsible when they're making things with their big toys, so they don't make too much mess that hurts the Earth and everybody who lives on it.
