Insulating concrete form

Insulating concrete form, or ICF for short, is a special type of building material that is used to keep buildings warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It's made of two layers of foam (like the kind you have on your couch), and between them is a layer of concrete. The foam keeps the concrete from getting too cold or too hot, and the concrete helps to keep the heat or cold inside the building.
