Interactional justice

Interactional justice is about fairness in the way people talk and interact with each other. It means people treat each other with respect, are polite, and listen when others are speaking and have something to say. It's about making sure everyone has a chance to be heard and understood. It means that everyone gets an equal chance to talk and listen and their ideas are valued.
