Okay, so have you ever met someone who is from a different country? Maybe they talk differently or eat different foods than you. Well, Iranian-Americans are people who come from both Iran and America!
Iran is a country located in the Middle East, and some people who were born there or whose families came from there now live in the United States. They might have different traditions or speak a different language at home, but they are also a part of American culture now.
Sometimes, Iranian-Americans might face special challenges because of their background. For example, some people might not know a lot about Iran or have some wrong ideas about it. But it’s important to remember that everyone is different and we should be respectful and kind to everyone we meet no matter where they come from!
