Job migration

Hi kiddo! Job migration means that jobs move from one place to another. Think of it like this: You know how sometimes people move from one house to another? Well, sometimes companies move their jobs from one country to another.

When companies move their jobs to another country, it's usually because it's cheaper for them to make things there. For example, if a company makes toys and it's cheaper to make those toys in another country where they have lower wages, the company might move their toy-making jobs to that country.

But this can be pretty tricky! Sometimes people in a country that has lost jobs to another country might feel upset or angry about it. They might worry that they won't be able to find good jobs in their own country.

So basically, job migration is when companies move their jobs from one country to another because it's cheaper, but it can also affect the people and the countries involved.
