ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Judiciary

Judiciary is like a team of people who help make sure that the laws in our country are fair. They are the people you see in a courtroom wearing the black robes. The job of the judiciary is to make sure that people follow the rules and laws. They decide if someone has broken the law and if so, what punishment they should get. They also help to make sure that everyone is treated fairly and equally when it comes to laws.
