Kabsa

Kabsa is a special type of rice dish that is very popular in some parts of the world like Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries. It's a meal that is made using special spices, like saffron, cardamom, and cloves, which make it taste really delicious.

To make kabsa, you first cook some meat, like chicken or lamb, in a pot with some onions and garlic until it's nice and tender. Then you add some water and the special spice mix, and let it all simmer together for a while. This creates a flavorful broth that you'll use later.

Next, you add some rice to the pot and stir it into the broth. You let the rice cook until it's absorbed all the liquid and is nice and fluffy. You can also add some vegetables, like tomatoes or carrots, to the pot at this point if you'd like.

When the rice and meat are cooked through, you transfer everything to a big serving dish and arrange the meat on top of the rice. Then you garnish the dish with nuts and herbs, like almonds and parsley, to make it look pretty.

Overall, kabsa is a meal that is both delicious and satisfying, and it's a great way to explore new flavors and cuisines from around the world!
