Kapsalon

Okay kiddo, let me tell you about kapsalon. It's actually a Dutch dish that's very popular in the Netherlands. Kapsalon is a bit like a big plate of nachos, but with different ingredients.

First, they layer some crispy French fries or potato wedges on the bottom of a plate. Then, they add a layer of meat. Usually, it's either chicken shawarma or beef kebab, but you can also find vegetarian or vegan options.

After that, they put some salad on top. It's not like the boring salad your mom makes, though! This one has lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and even some onions, all drizzled with a delicious garlic sauce.

And finally, they sprinkle some melted cheese on top of everything and pop it in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is nice and gooey.

The best part of kapsalon is that it's all mixed together, so you get a little bit of everything in each bite. It's a filling and satisfying meal that's perfect for sharing with friends or family. Yum!
