ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Kotwica

Kotwica is an old Polish symbol that looks like a curved anchor. It was used by the Polish resistance during World War II as a sign of hope and a reminder to never give up. The shape of the kotwica is like the letter K, which stands for the Polish word “kontynuacja” which means “continuation.” So kotwica is a symbol that reminds us that even if things get hard, we should keep fighting and never give up.
