Landowner

A landowner is a person who owns a piece of land, just like how you may own a toy or a book. The land is the ground that we walk on, and it can be a big or small piece of land. The landowner is the boss of that land, and they get to decide what they want to do with it. They can build things on the land like a house, a garden or a swimming pool. They can also rent out the land to others who want to use it, like for farming or for setting up a store. The landowner has to take care of the land and make sure it's safe and clean, just like how you take care of your toys by cleaning them and putting them back in their place.
