Legal hold

Legal Hold is when you have to keep all your toys in one place so nobody can take them away.

When there is a legal case going on, the people involved in the case have to keep all the important information and documents, just like you have to keep all your toys safe. This includes emails, text messages, papers, and even computer files that are important to the case.

It's important because if one of the important information or toys is lost, it might make it difficult for the person who lost it to win the case. Just like if one of your toys went missing, you might not be able to play with it anymore.

So while Legal Hold may seem like making sure your toys are tidy, it's actually important to make sure everyone has a fair chance in the legal case.
