Livermush

Livermush is a type of food that is made from pork liver, pork meat, cornmeal, and spices. You might think it doesn't sound very good, but many people really like it!

So, imagine you're making a cake. You have all the ingredients - flour, sugar, eggs, etc. - and you mix them all together to make a yummy cake batter. That's kind of like how you make livermush. You take the pork liver and pork meat and grind it all up together. Then you mix in the cornmeal and some spices like salt and pepper.

Once you've mixed everything together really well, you cook it on the stove. You might cook it in a pan or form it into patties and cook them that way. The heat from the stove cooks the livermush so it's safe to eat.
