Scrapple

Scrapple is a yummy breakfast food that's made by taking pig meat that people don't usually eat, like the head, and mixing it with cornmeal and spices.

Think of it like making a big meatloaf, but instead of using beef or turkey, you're using the parts of a pig that might not taste as good on their own.

After mixing everything together, it's cooked and cooled into a loaf shape. When you're ready to eat it, you slice it up and fry it in a pan until it's crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside.

Even though it's made with parts of the pig that some people might not like, scrapple is really delicious and a great way to use up all parts of the animal so nothing goes to waste.
