Long-term depression

Long-term depression is a condition where someone feels very down and sad for a long period of time. It can be hard to stop feeling this way and it can make it difficult for someone to do things that make them happy or to feel better. People with long-term depression can find it hard to do everyday things like getting out of bed, going to work or school, or even spending time with friends and family. They might not enjoy things they used to or have a hard time finding motivation. It’s important to seek help from a healthcare professional if you feel like you have long-term depression. They can offer advice on things you can do to help yourself and might recommend medicines or therapy to help.
