MKULTRA

MKultra was a program the US government did in the 1950s and 1960s. It was designed to study how people's thoughts and behavior could be changed by using drugs and other techniques, like hypnosis. The goal was to see if the government could control people's minds and behavior through psychological techniques. They wanted to know if it was possible to get someone to do something against their will, or to make people forget certain things. Unfortunately, the government did not have good control over what happened in these experiments, so some people were hurt.
