Memetics

Memetics is a way of studying how ideas spread from person-to-person, like how a virus spreads. Think of an idea like a seed that passes from one person to another, and the more it is shared the bigger and stronger it gets. So, memetics looks at how these ideas spread and grow in the same way biologists look at how viruses spread.
