Messiah complex

Messiah complex is a mental disorder where someone believes that they are a "messiah" or a savior of some kind who is chosen to make the world better. In other words, someone with a messiah complex believes that they are an important person chosen by a higher power to save the world from a bad situation. They might think they can bring peace to the world, heal the sick, or do something extraordinary to change the world. People with a messiah complex can also become very controlling and try to manipulate other people to do what they think is best.
