Micro air vehicle

Okay kiddo, have you ever seen a toy helicopter or a toy airplane that you can control with a remote? A micro air vehicle is something like that, but it's very small and it flies in the air like a real bird or insect.

To make a micro air vehicle, scientists and engineers use very light materials like carbon fiber and foam. They also put tiny motors and batteries inside to power it up.

Micro air vehicles can be used for many things like military surveillance or studying insects in nature. They can fly into tight and dangerous spaces where humans cannot go.

But since they are so small, it's important to control them with a computer program or a remote control. And they need to be super safe so they don't crash or hurt anyone.

So, a micro air vehicle is like a tiny robot plane that can fly around and do cool things!
