Minimal mappings

Minimal mappings are ways of taking a group of things and simplifying them so that it's easier to understand. For example, if you wanted to see which countries in the world had the most people living in them, you could use minimal mappings to break down the big list of countries and create a chart that shows only the top 10 countries with the most people. This makes it much easier to understand and compare countries.
