ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Semantic integration

Semantic integration is a way of connecting different kinds of information so it works together. Think of it like making a picture from different puzzle pieces. Each puzzle piece on its own doesn't mean much, but when you put them all together in the right way, the picture makes sense and you can see what it is. That's what semantic integration does - it takes information from different places, and makes it work together so you can understand it.
