Model (person)

A model is someone who gets their picture taken in fancy clothes and makeup, and sometimes they get to walk down a big runway wearing those clothes for people to see. They are like actors or actresses, but instead of playing a character, they are there to make the clothes they are wearing look good. People like to take pictures of models wearing clothes to show to other people so they can see what the clothes look like when they are being worn. Being a model is like being a dress-up doll for adults.
