Mojama

Mojama is a type of food that comes from Spain. It's made from a special kind of fish called tuna. The tuna is first caught from the ocean and then it's cleaned and cut into large pieces.

Next, the pieces of tuna are covered in salt to make them extra tasty. The salt helps to preserve the tuna so that it lasts longer.

The salted tuna is then left to dry in the sun for a long time. This makes the tuna very hard and dry, but it also gives it a really special flavor.

When the mojama is ready, it can be sliced very thinly and used as a topping for all kinds of foods! Some people like to eat it by itself or with a little bit of olive oil. It might taste a little bit salty, but it's really delicious and a special treat for people who love seafood!
