Muisca people

Muisca people is a group of people who lived in Colombia a long time ago, like when your grandma was a little girl. They were really smart and made their own tools and clothes. The Muisca people loved nature and respected the land they lived on, like when you take care of your garden. They believed in gods and spirits and made offerings to them to ask for protection and help.

These people had a chief, like a king or queen, who made decisions for them. They had their own language and loved to tell stories and sing songs. They also liked to trade with other groups of people and had their own money made out of gold.

The Muisca people were amazing farmers and knew how to grow lots of different crops like corn, potatoes, and beans. They also had animals like llamas and alpacas that they used for their wool and meat.

Sadly, the Muisca people were eventually taken over by other groups of people who wanted their land and resources. But their legacy lives on as we still learn about their culture today.
