ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Multidimensional Chebyshev's inequality

Multidimensional Chebyshev's Inequality is a way to figure out how likely it is to find something that is a certain distance away from an average. For example, if you have 5 numbers like 2, 4, 7, 5, and 6, then the average is 5. Multidimensional Chebyshev's Inequality helps figure out how likely it is to find a number that is, say, 2 or more numbers away from the average. So in this case, it would figure out how likely it is to find a number that is 3 or more numbers away from 5.
