Multivariate statistics

Multivariate Statistics is a way of looking at multiple pieces of data for one topic. It helps us see how different factors all affect the same thing. Think of it like a big picture. For example, if you were looking at the effect of different types of food on weight gain, you would want to look at how many calories each type of food has, how much fat and sugar is in it, and other factors. All of that information on different pieces of data would be included in multivariate statistics so you can see a complete picture of how different types of food affect weight gain.
