Nanshe
Nanshe was a fancy goddess from a long, long time ago in a place called Mesopotamia, which is now Iraq. She was really special because she was in charge of lots of important things.
First, Nanshe was the boss of water. You know how water is super duper important for us to drink, take baths, and grow plants? Well, Nanshe made sure there was enough water for everyone and everything. She made rivers flow and lakes fill up with water so people and animals could stay hydrated.
But she didn't stop there! Nanshe was also the protector of all the fish and birds. She made sure they had a safe and happy environment to live in. Fish and birds are really awesome creatures and Nanshe made sure they were happy and healthy.
Nanshe was a badass businesswoman too! She loved helping people in business and trade. She was like a super smart consultant who gave advice to people who wanted to do business. She made sure that people were being fair and trading things properly. She hated when people cheated or were mean to each other, so she made sure everything was fair for everyone.
