Nonverbal learning disorder

Nonverbal Learning Disorder (NLD) is a disorder that affects how your brain processes information that isn’t related to words, like sounds, images, and body language. People with NLD have trouble understanding and using these kinds of information. They may have trouble following directions, understanding social cues, and recognizing facial expressions. NLD can also make it hard to do things like sports and coordinate movements. People with NLD need help in order to learn these skills.
