ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Occupational stress

Occupational stress is when you feel pressure at work because of the things you have to do, or because you have too much to do and too little time or resources to do it. It can be hard to manage and can get in the way of having a happy and productive workplace. Examples of occupational stress include feeling overwhelmed, angry, or frustrated about your job, feeling like you don't have enough control over your workload, or feeling like you're not appreciated for your work.
