Open theism

Open theism is a type of idea about what God knows. Open theism means that God does not know exactly what will happen in the future. God knows some things about the future, but because humans have free will, God can't know everything that will happen before it happens. This means that God isn't able to control everything, and people can make choices that surprise even God. Open theism suggests that sometimes, the future is more of an adventure for God than for humans.
