Organi-cultural deviance

Organi-cultural deviance is when people do not follow the rules of their organization or culture. This means a person is not behaving in the way that is expected or accepted by their group. For example, if there is a rule that everyone has to wear a uniform at school but one student decides to wear something different, they are not following the rule and this is an example of organi-cultural deviance.
